In Atlanta at the Info-Summit Lloyd Irvin, the Martial Arts, Internet, Entrepreneurial Renegade Millionaire Master spoke to the crowd of nearly 800 and towards the end of his intense presentation said, “less thinking more doing”.
Lloyd is known for his rapid, take no prisoners, extreme implementation and Success.
He described what he calls his “Android Philosophy” as if he, as an Entrepreneur is programmed by his mentors, and in essence whatever they say, he does. Without thinking, second guessing, doubting, or asking why, just doing.
His success speaks for itself.
And this is something, everyone, Lloyd included, admit we never have enough of “doing” and always have too much of “thinking”.
Obviously he nor I is not talking about the act of thinking, just the problem with replacing or mistaking Productivity, Execution, Results, Profits for THINKING.
You live and get rich by the first four. You die and go broke with the last, when it is not done with and for the purpose of the first four.
This, after all, is something very much worth thinking about, pun intended.
Where are you, in your business, procrastinating due to over thinking.
Where are you in your business, blinding yourself due to over thinking.
Where are you in your business, hindering yourself due to over thinking.
Where are you in your business, losing money due to over thinking.
Where are you in your business, missing opportunity due to over thinking.
Take for example, your No BS Marketing Letter, each month – are your reading and thinking?
Are you reading and doing.
How about our Local GKIC Indy Chapter Events, each month, specifically designed to get you from thought to action, every month. To force you to execute, implement, and bring your Marketing and Money Making Ideas and Strategies to life in your business.
Lloyd said one of his secrets was to have people around him “doing” things, whether helping him or leading by example.
He talked about the Power of Mastermind and hanging around the “same” and the right kind of people, keeping you focused and in line with your goals and objectives.
Dan Kennedy says “success leaves clues” and the principles Lloyd discussed points out one of the most important and obvious ones. More DOING.
You of course, have a ready made just-show-up Success Environment set up for you with our Secret Society of GKIC Indy Entrepreneurs meeting at our own “Place For Prosperity” each month.
The question I have for you today is, this Friday, will you be ‘thinking’ about how to grow your business, or will you be DOING something about it!?!
This Friday will you be ‘thinking’ about the benefits of working with other successful like-minded Entrepreneurs all focused on helping each other get to the next level, or will you be DOING something about it!?!
This Friday will you be sitting around ‘thinking’ business as usual –
This Friday will you be in a room full of Doers and taking action towards your goals!
Each month, you have the decision, the power, the opportunity to chose DOING instead of just thinking.
I and every one of our GKIC Indy Entrepreneurs are ready to push you forward.

It is a simple philosophy really – if you are doing enough stuff, you’re going to have the bumps, bruises, scratches, scars, and pain to prove it.
This week in particular, coming off the Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle Info Summit, I was very excited, very motivated, and most importantly very action oriented, because we took home, more ‘immediately able to implement’ ideas than every before.
Some very significant Strategies and adjustments that will result in big money, more customers, and real dominance in some areas where we had, before, been lacking.
All in all, like every GKIC Event, a spectacular and profitable time.
Then, I woke up Monday Morning as if I were under fire on the battlefield. Lots of little things, out of no where really, crept up and began causing problems.
All business, fortunately, nothing personal.
As example, computer crash, email malfunction, teleseminar glitches, unexpected delay in Property Management transition, etc etc.
I could go on, and that’s in just 2 days…
None the less – the truth of the matter is – as I said before, if you are doing enough stuff every week, there will always be great, good, bad, and terrible things happening.
The trick is to be doing so much, it all weights out in the end.
This is exactly like Marketing and Money Making in your business.
Some things work, some things don’t, you have to get to through a lot of stuff to find the winners. As they say in Baseball, you’ll only get out of a slump if you keep swinging.
So, I asked you, “What do you do when life’s beating you up?”
Tell you what I did, last night I reread a Chapter in a Book I keep on my bedside table:
HOW TO GET RICH “One of the World’s Greatest Entrepreneurs Shares His Secrets” by Felix Dennis (more famous in Great Britain, creator of MAXIM magazine and an empire of Publications)
Anyhow, Chapter 7, page 82 – NEVER GIVE IN
I’ll share the last paragraph of the Chapter with you, and highly encourage you to go out and get this book, amazon is your best bet.
“If you are merely a wannabe, then the siren voices will prevail, and they will be right to prevail. If you are a gonnabe, then they will not prevail. Lie Odysseus you will stop your ears with wax or bind your self to the mast. You will learn to walk your narrow, lonely road – and to hell with the siren voices.
You will not give in.
And you will be rich.”
You can tell, Felix has a way with words, his real passion is writing.
Good news for you – Your road doesn’t have to be lonely.
That’s why we put together and host each month the best and brightest, more progressive group of Entrepreneurs in and around Indianapolis at our GKIC Indy Chapter Events.
You can attend next week, by registering at http://www.NoBSIndy.com/ChapterMeeting
Whatever you do, stay the course, knowing you’ll have both good and bad, and playing anyways, just be sure you are playing to win.
I look forward to seeing you next week.

The Questions Is – “Do You ‘Schedule’ Your Growth?”
Yesterday, in talking with my brother, finalizing details for our trip to Atlanta for the Info-Summit, he said, “the info-summit is going to our NEXT Plateau Buster!
And there are three VERY important things in that sentence that I want to point out to you, that you can learn from and profit, if you choose!
- The concept of the PLATEAU BUSTER, and acknowledging that we need one (more on that in a moment)
- The word NEXT – obviously implying it ain’t the only one or the first one
- Finally, the identification that the INFO-SUMMIT is going to be one
Here’s the deal:
You only make progress, success, growth – if you PLAN TO!
And, it doesn’t just happened, it’s forced, F O R C E D!
I used to tell our students in my martial arts school, especially adults, that if they were not “growing” they were “dying” and anyone who believes any type of spirituality would have to agree. The point is You’ve got to be ‘living’ – it’s an action word, a verb.
And, so is growing, profiting, succeeding… All action words, verbs.
So the question, “do you schedule – whatever it is you want?”
Begets the answer, YOU HAVE TO.
If you show me people who are just doing the same old thing everyday, just running their business the same old way, and trying to save a little here, a little there, at the end of each month, not striving to get better, get more, do better, and do more, there are a Victim of the Recession, Competition, Change, Entrepreneurial War – waiting to happen.
That’s why you have to put yourself in the way of Things that will allow you, help you, force you to bust through Plateaus, and reach new levels in your life.
And here’s the real secret, You only need to schedule as many of these Plateau Busters in a year equal to the success and levels of growth you want to achieve.
Of course there are different sizes and significances of plateaus.
Go ahead and think for a moment, make the mental list, what are Yours?
If you are active in our Monthly Chapter Events, there One.
If you read your No BS Marketing Newsletter each month, there another form of one.
Both of these are “Action and Ideas” Plateau Busters.
Certainly if you are a part of our Exclusive Mastermind Program or my Elite Level Private Coaching – you experience an intense forced, progress, accountability, and implementation Plateau Buster every month.
If not with me, you need your own.
The bottom line is to look at your business and ask yourself when was the last time you did something different, challenged yourself, your business, your thinking.
A little behind the scenes info, Ryan and I schedule these in a few different ways…
We have “business destiny altering” Plateau Busters one-a-year.
Income Breakthrough and Growth Plateau Busters twice-a-year
And Strategic Execution Plateau Busters quarterly
Implementation and Idea Plateau Busters monthly
Direction and Focus Plateau Busters weekly and daily
In reality, we only see each other at most 2 times each month, unless we are traveling or going to International Events, and typically only talk once a week, still we know that our time, our energy, our focus HAS TO BE ON these types of things – they make everything else more valuable, more worthwhile, more effective, and more profitable.
Without a doubt if you feel stuck, or aren’t having the desired growth in your income and business that you had hoped for – I am certain it is because of your lack of attention to these concepts, to schedule, structure, and focus on Busting through Plateaus.
I hope you’ll take this seriously as you finish off your Year, and in November and December, I’ll dedicate some extra time at our upcoming Chapter Events to help you Plan for your
“absolutely-without a doubt-I’ll guarantee it-no matter where you finished 2009”
Year EVER in 2010
I hope you’ll take me up on that Challenge, and take the first step to F O R C E your success by attending our November Chapter Event.
